1. Import Items and Supply/Demand extracts into Planning Tool:





Automated import of Items, Supplies and Demands from files extracted to a predefined share drive (configurable) via Oracle BI, REST interface, or SQL Extract requests.



2. Select Items to plan and adjust Parameters :





Adjust Planning Tool Display Parameters like Item information to display, Resource overload threshold, ...


Adjust Item Information like additional item categories, Safety Stock, Sourcing Assignment, Units per Pallet, Resource Usage., ...


This is highly configurable based on your business needs



3. Refresh Replenishment, meaning regenerate the planning results and exceptions instantly in a “Horizontal plan” format:





Real time recalculation of Projected On Hand and Resource usage as soon as you add "simulation demand" or "firm a planned order supply".


Conditional formatting to highlight exceptions like POH below Safety Stock, Shortages, Firm Orders, ...



4. Review Analytics:






Real time update of Analytics like Past Due Demands / Supplies, Inventory value, Resource overcapacity or Cumulative Resource utilization.




5. Publish plan results to Oracle SCM Cloud or EBS R12:





Based on your Planned Orders and Sourcing, automatically select and past your Planned Orders to release into predefined templates (Oracle Fusion Self Service for SCM Cloud clients or Dataload / Web ADI for EBS R12 Clients) and upload them into your Oracle instance.

Snapshot*: Supply/Demand and Master Data extract from Oracle SCM Cloud automated via Oracle BI, REST interface, or SQL Extract requests.


Publish**: Upload automated using Oracle Fusion Self Service templates or Web ADI allowing users to create Firm Planned Orders, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Transfer Orders.
